Travelling to Braidwood, Australia
HOW TO GET THERE
If you're flying in from the United States, the most convenient airport to fly into is Sydney International Airport, with flights arriving daily. We recommend arriving 2 or 3 days prior to our wedding, to avoid jetlag & make the most of Sydney.
From Sydney, Braidwood is approx. a 3 hour drive south.
A bus will be provided from Sydney to Braidwood on Monday the 23rd March. Please refer to the schedule below:
10am Depart Central Station, Sydney - Guests meet and board coach at Central Station, Forecourt, Coach Bays – Railway Colonnade Drive
12pm Arrive at Centennial Vineyard Winery, Bowral
1:30pm Depart Centennial Vineyard Winery, Bowral
3:30pm Arrive at Mona Farm, 140 Little River Road, Braidwood
A return transfer to Sydney will leave Mona Farm on Thursday 26th March 2026 at 10am.
For those hiring a car and making the drive. There are a number of towns and wineries along the way that are well worth the stop to explore such as Bowral, Berrima, and Batemans Bay.
If you are travelling to Australia from another country, you must apply for a visa. Australia has an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) that allows visitors from many countries to apply online and typically are granted within in three days. Check your eligibility and see the steps on how to at the ETA website.
